What is the CCFIT30 challenge?
30 DAYS - 30 WORKOUTS
Each day there will be a LIVE workout with Christina. This will be streamed in real time via the members portal on www.ccfit.co.uk.
You also access all workouts 24/7 OnDemand to catch up in and around your busy schedule!
This challenge is like having a MINI PERSONAL TRAINER IN YOUR POCKET
You can take part in DAILY accountability CHECK INS in the members forum, Browse through healthy eating recipes & take advantage of over 70 extra workouts too!
What kind of exercise will we be doing?
Each week brings an exciting timetable with a huge variety of exercise classes & styles! From HIIT, LBT, boxefit, walking workouts, stretch & tone, kettlebells to abs, abs, abs! We will be venturing them all and so much more - Check out the information on the 'CLASSES' page of the website to view all of the workout descriptions.
Do I need specific equipment?
Some of the classes require a weight to enhance your results, this can be a kettlebell/dumbbells (easily ordered from amazon for around £15) OR safe household items such as milk cartons/laundry softener/tins etc. GET CREATIVE!
We also have the option to use resistance bands during some workouts, these are usually £6 on Aaron, and are optional.
Will the classes be LIVE or recorded OnDemand?
YES and YES! Each week you will receive the LIVE timetable of classes, you can log on in real time with me and get to work! ALSO, the classes will be immediately uploaded to the members portal on the website and app, so if you have work commitments, children etc. you can easily work out around life!
Are the workouts for beginners/advanced levels?
Every workout is created with multiple levels in mind. Each exercise will be demonstrated with high/low impact options, if you require specific help for injuries etc. Please contact me privately and I will ensure you feel safe and strong during all workouts.
How much does it cost? and when does it start?
The course begins at 6:30am on Monday 17th April 2023.
ENTRY closes Sunday 16th April at 6pm, this is to ensure all questionnaires are completed, member accounts created and photos submitted ready to start together as a community.
What if I miss a day, do I fail?
No, we work on this TOGETHER, we find alternatives that suit you and your lifestyle (this for example could be a 30 minute walk outside in nature to increase positive mental health). I am here to help you find ways to successfully create realistic healthy habits long term.
